Key Responsibilities: : Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEN, particularly those with ASD, ADHD, and emotional or behavioural challenges. : Assist students with personal care as needed. : Foster positive relationships with pupils to help them regulate their emotions and build self:esteem. : Support students who may be behind in their academic work, providing extra assistance to help them succeed. : Complete progress reports to track student development. : Handle challenging situations calmly, maintaining a positive learning environment. What Were Looking For: : Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with children who have SEN. : A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature. : Ability to build trust and rapport with young people while maintaining professional boundaries. : Flexibility to support students both in 1:1 settings and group environments. : A passion for working with pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. : Immediate availability and commitment to working full:time.
