The Role As a Senior Maintenance Officer, youll play a crucial role in shaping the future of their property services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their tenants. You will support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the management of complex repairs, voids and planned works undertaken by technical officers across their housing portfolio to ensure the Societys aims, objectives, performance standards and customer needs are met or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practice guidance, and within available budget parameters. Skills and Qualifications * A minimum of level 2 Asset Management and Building Compliance qualification * IOSH qualification * Knowledge of repairs and maintenance requirements within large housing portfolios * Experience of delivering excellent customer service within a supervisory role. * Experience working in and leading multi:disciplinary teams. * Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft365 packages. * Proven ability to lead a team to meet team targets. * Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload.
