A major UK infrastructure project based in Isleworth is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. About the Role: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, youll play a strategic and hands:on role in overseeing all commercial aspects of the project. Youll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with project directors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure commercial success across key packages. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a team of Senior Quantity Surveyor across multiple civil engineering packages. * Provide expert commercial guidance on procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, and contract administration. * Oversee cost forecasting, risk management, and value engineering initiatives. * Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and manage any disputes or claims. * Work collaboratively with internal teams and client representatives to ensure project targets are met. Requirements: * Substantial experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor * Strong civil engineering background across water and energy. * Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills. * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
