Duties and Responsibilities: Helping users with IT issues either face to face or over the telephone. Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications for on-site and remote workers. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Replacing parts as required. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Supporting the roll-out of new applications and hardware. Setting up new users' accounts and profilesand dealing with password issues. Prioritising and managing open calls. Testing and evaluating new technology. Assisting with new learning such as phone and CCTV systems. Skills and Qualifications: Knowledge of IT related subjects such as PC components. Knowledge of Network Components&Operating Systems.
