Environment The Brand&Content team is a team of 9, split between content development, design and production, and PR. This role is a new role within our internal design function. The role works closely with the Designers and Design&Production Manager, delivering projects for the marketing managers in the Campaigns team and our Digital team. The role will also interact with printers, design agencies and freelancers. This post is office based in Stevenage, and some remote working is available with this role. This is a permanent role and hours are full time– 35 hours per week. Our design projects will meet a broad set of needs including sales driving activity, brand, partnerships, seasonal campaigns, sustainability, own label wines and sub-brands, business launches, subscription services and business services, loyalty activity and corporate communications. Accountability No direct reports– No Budget Principal Duties and Responsibilities Responding to design briefs with strong options to time, to deadline and to brief Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media, including brochures, websites, social media graphics, email campaigns, and more. Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to our members. Modify and revise existing designs to meet business needs or to improve design quality. Research and stay up to date on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Using Workflow Management effectively to keep projects on track. Production of new and updated own label wine labels (Generation Series, Society’s, Exhibition, Bin Series). Administrationand user of our DAM (Digital Asset Management). Contributing to building and maintaining the Brand Guidelines. Being 'insatiably curious' about our members, our product, and the market. Foster productive relationships with the marketing team and wider stakeholders. Working in collaboration withfreelancers or agency partners where needed to deliver shared projects. Skills&Competencies Required Basic understanding of print and web design principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take direction and work independently.
