Exciting Opportunity for Dual Trained Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACP) : Minor Illness and Injuries Are you a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner with dual training in Minor Illness and Injuries? Merco are working with a leading healthcare provider to recruit talented ACPs for their multi:disciplinary teams across two sites in Leeds. The Role: As an ACP in this dynamic team, you will: * Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions, including prescribing medication (if qualified). * Provide expert care for undifferentiated and complex cases, ensuring the best patient outcomes. * Conduct face:to:face consultations, deliver urgent primary care, and facilitate onward referrals where necessary. * Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring patients receive the right level of care. * Utilise your clinical expertise to support high:quality, evidence:based patient care.
