Geo:Environmental Engineer (Leeds) Reference: BY1840 Salary: GBP27,000 :: GBP32,000 This is an exciting opportunity for a Geo:Environmental Engineer to join a multidisciplinary engineering team in Leeds. Youll be provided with excellent resources, support, specialist training and varied work to develop your career. This Geo:Environmental Engineer position will involve regularly attending and assisting with site walkovers, carrying out site investigations, soil and rock logging, preparing phase plans and carrying out phase 1 Desk Studies. Youll also be writing interpretive and factual reports, work on in situ testing and observing day:to:day tasks to develop geo:environmental knowledge. The successful Geo:Environmental Engineer will: * Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, geoscience, geotechnical engineering, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable). * Been keen to learn and develop geo:environmental skills. * Show enthusiasm for working outdoors in a hands on role. * Hold a full UK driving licence. * Commutable to Leeds. * Full right to work in the UK.
