Position: Mobile Multi skilled Engineer Location: Leeds, Huddersfield Salary: GBP40,000 per annum Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, company van, fuel card, overtime available, 1/4 call out, GBP100 standby fee Overview An established and growing building services company is seeking a Mobile Multi:Skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join their regional team. This is a field:based role covering commercial sites across Leeds and Manchester. The role offers a good level of autonomy, a varied working environment, and the opportunity to be part of a smaller, more personal team where engineers are truly valued. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings * Fault finding, testing and inspection, and general electrical repairs on lighting, power, emergency systems, and distribution boards * Support with mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, motors) and general building fabric maintenance (e.g., doors, basic plumbing, tiling, and patch repairs) * Complete service and maintenance documentation accurately and in a timely manner * Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety guidelines * Liaise with site contacts and represent the company professionally Qulaifications: * City and Guilds in Electrical Installation (any edition considered) : further qualifications can be supported * NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Building Services preferred * Minimum 3 years experience in one role : stable work history is essential * Experience working in commercial environments (e.g., offices, retail, hospitality, or public buildings) Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
