Personal Assistant Job Type: Permanent Salary: 30,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7.30am – 5.30pm– Office Based Location: North Liverpool I am hiring for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director for a lovely company based in North Liverpool.As a key member of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior management and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Personal Assistant Duties: Diary Management: Efficiently manage the schedules of senior management, including coordinating appointments, meetings, and events. Travel and Accommodation: Handle the booking and coordination of travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience for the Managing Director. Correspondence: Proactively manage phone and email communications, providing timely responses and maintaining a high level of professionalism. Reports and Letters: Prepare reports and letters to a high standard, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and adherence to company guidelines. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings, providing meeting packs, tracking attendance, and ensuring the smooth flow of proceedings. Minute-Taking: Record accurate minutes during meetings and follow up on action items, contributing to effective communication and follow-through. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative support projects across the organisation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various tasks. Skills/Experience Required: Excellent attention to detail is paramount. Highly organised and methodical in approach to tasks. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role providingexecutive support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
