A leading IT consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst within Commodities to join their London-based office. The client is expanding their commodities trading capabilities and requires support with data-driven analysis and agile delivery across weather, gas, and supply-demand fundamentals. Job Details: Rate - 650- 700 per day Inside IR35 via Umbrella Location - London Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office Start date - ASAP Duration - 6 months initial Key requirements: Strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst within commodities trading is essential. Deep understanding of commodity fundamentals such as weather, gas flows, supply/demand balances, and their impact on pricing . Proven ability to write clear, structured user stories and acceptance criteria . Strong stakeholder management skills , with the confidence to engage across business and technical teams. Experience working in Agile environments and closely with development teams . Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable data insights and technical requirements.t.
