Chief Technology Officer FinTech / Wealth Management / Banking GBP 170,000: GBP 200,000 London : Twice a week in the office I'm currently working with a well:established London FinTech wealth:management SaaS business, who are looking for aChief Technology Officerto join their growing team The business develops a variety of SaaS applications all built to enhance customer and client experience and streamline operational processes which has led to rapid growth where they are now a global business More about the company : Founded in 2012. : Main office in London but have a further 4 worldwide. : Work with some of the largest FinTech companies globally. : Host a variety of SaaS products aimed at large:scale FinTech and Wealth Management companies. : Recently launched smaller scale products to cover the entire market which has proven hugely successful. : Award winning business and part of a wider wealth:management group. The Role : CTO : Drive the technical execution and implementation of the core SaaS products. : Lead the technical strategy across the business : Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, Delivery. : Play a key role in technical decision making with the Executive and Senior leadership team. : Good experience in similar positions across Banking, FinTech or Wealth Management. : Confident leading a Microsoft based, on:premise tech stack. : Ideally be familiar with Financial governance regulations and compliance. Requirements : Salary: GBP 170,000: GBP 200,000 : Excellent experience as a CTO in a SaaS driven FinTech environment. : Good understanding of implementing technical strategies across various teams. : Cross:functional leadership across different teams and stakeholder management. : Happy leading a Microsoft based tech stack : role is 100 hands off role. : Ability to get into Central London twice a week.
