Job Title: Lead Electrical Engineer : Building Maintenance Location: South West London Salary: GBP47,000 + overtime + on call Monday : Friday: 8am : 5pm Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical building services systems * Take the lead in identifying and resolving electrical faults and breakdowns across client sites * Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current regulations, health and safety guidelines, and company procedures * Support and oversee junior engineers and subcontractors on:site, ensuring high standards of work and professionalism * Manage and update documentation including service records, permits, and compliance logs * Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance as required * Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure works are completed efficiently and to satisfaction * Assist with small works and project installations when needed * Maintain awareness of changes to electrical standards and building regulations About You Essential: * Electrical background (Level 3 or equivalent) * Proven experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment * Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and control panels * Excellent communication, organisation, and problem:solving skills What We Offer * Competitive salary with overtime and on:call opportunities * Pension scheme and holiday entitlement * Training and development opportunities * Supportive team environment with room for progression * Stable role within a reputable and growing organisation Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
