Job Title: Private Client Solicitor PQE: 3:5 years Location: London Salary: DOE The Role: An exciting role for a Private Client Solicitor to join a high:calibre team focused on international matters. You will handle a broad mix of private client work involving cross:border tax planning and structuring for international families and individuals. The workload will include: - Advising on pre:immigration planning, the remittance basis of taxation, and the statutory residence test - Structuring estate plans and family governance strategies for international clients - Advising on UK property investments and holding structures - Working with offshore trusts, global asset protection, and tax matters - Collaborating with other departments including corporate, family, and real estate - Supporting the firm's business development efforts and client growth in London The Candidate: You will be a technically strong Private Client Solicitor with 3:5 years' PQE, ideally with experience in international tax and estate planning.
