Project Manager (Digital) Location: London : We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements : please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Grade: GG09 : GG10 Referral Fee: GBP 5000 What You'll Be Doing We are looking for a Project Manager who will help shape, mobilise, plan and lead projects for internal business and for external customer objectives. You will ensure appropriate capability is in place to maximise performance, delivering to the schedule, quality, scope, financials and client satisfaction, all in line with BAE Systems assurance processes (and appropriate external assurance processes). Skills and Experience :Define, document and execute small Technical projects or work:packages within a larger project, e.g. less than six months, with a small team, limited budget, no interdependency with other projects, and no significant strategic impact. :Identify, assess and manage risks to the success of the project and take appropriate action. :Prepare realistic project and quality plans and track activities against the plans, providing regular and accurate reports to senior project managers and stakeholders as appropriate. :Monitor costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed budget or agreed task contingency within their work:stream or project area.
