Playing a key part in shaping the strategic direction within the customer, product and market strategy of the business, the Analytics Manager (Test and Learn) will play a leading role in the development of the Currys customer propositions, services, ways of shopping and experiences by delivering objective measurements of trials and recommending actions on the back of them. Role overview: As part of this role, youll be responsible for: - Drive and maintain T and L governance across Currys, ensuring cross:functional collaboration and engaging with senior leadership to advocate for Test and Learn culture - Establish and maintain a structured library of the design and results of trials completed in the past to facilitate the ongoing learning process, ensuring insights are leveraged to inform the future testing strategies - Provide leadership in ensuring a well:defined process for triaging and scheduling upcoming trials maximise business impact, ensuring test groups are effectively structured for accurate evaluation - Monitor post:trial evolution of each project to guide strategic decision:making (e.g. whether it is used to obtain investment for a roll out in the future, whether it is being rolled out, etc.) - Ensure thorough monitoring of completed projects and establish a structured approach to planning future trials, aligning trials with key business priorities - Assess and refine existing T and L methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness - Provide thought leadership in strategic interpretation of trial results and translating insights into clear and actionable recommendations that drive business decisions - Create ongoing and strategic insight decks that convey test results, conclusions and actionable strategic recommendations. The role will involve working closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, Space Planning, HR, Property, Supply Chain, CRM, ecommerce and many other functions.
