And to help us achieve our goals, we're looking for the brightest talent to join our Architecture, Engineering and Operations Graduate programme. Role overview: About the role Our three:year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick:start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You'll start out with three six:month rotations across Data Business Analysis, Data Delivery and Data Governance and Privacy. Within these areas you'll learn how to perform discrete analysis activities across the E2E lifecycle of a data programme and support the Data delivery and Governance capabilities in delivering our internal programmes. In your fourth six:month rotation, you'll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you're passionate about. Finally, in year three, you'll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship. Along the way you'll develop a wealth of new skills, including: :High level scoping :Process mapping and re:engineering :Project planning and tracking :Workshop facilitation :Understanding of general data protection regulation :Data operations tools You'll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as Junior Business Analyst or Project Manager, or building your experience as a Data Operations Analyst.
