Job Title: Manager, Lighting Product Owner Work Place Flexibility: Hybrid Legal Entity: Entergy Services, LLC *This position can be filled in New Orleans, LA, The Woodlands, TX, or Little Rock, AR.* Job Summary/Purpose The manager, product owner is responsible for the development, management, and improvement of the utilitys products and services designed to grow the Utility business, improve customer satisfaction and increase operational efficiencies. The manager, product owner is responsible for aligning the utilitys offerings with customer needs, developing business cases, support OpCos with managing pricing and tariff structures, overseeing the product lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders to establish and continually assess a strategic lighting roadmap, and driving innovation within the regulatory framework. They will lead a team to execute on these responsibilities. The manager, product owner plays a crucial role in balancing the interests of customers, the utilitys business objectives, and the regulatory requirements to deliver effective and compliant products and services.
