Your new role * Working Monday - Friday, 40 hour week, across a commercial, public-attraction site based in Manchester. * You will be carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site. * Painting, minor decorating, patch work, minor repairs, basic joinery&carpentry, light replacements and changes, furniture re-arrangements, any other general building service maintenance. * Engaging with the client and the wider team. What you'll need to succeed * You will need to have experience in a fabric or maintenance role within a commercial environment. * Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial. * Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
