With over 250 staff and offices across the UK, the organisation delivers a wide range of professional services including architecture, surveying, project management, engineering, and sustainability consulting. The Opportunity This is a pivotal role focused on the delivery of retrofit projects in compliance with PAS 2035 standards. The successful candidate will lead coordination efforts, support technical teams, and uphold project quality across all stages of delivery. Key Responsibilities * Ensure projects meet PAS 2035 requirements and demonstrate a working knowledge of PAS 2030. * Oversee retrofit works from assessment through to implementation. * Review and assure the quality of Retrofit Assessments and Designs. * Provide expert input on improvement strategies and survey needs. * Conduct desktop reviews and site visits, producing detailed reports. * Work collaboratively with internal and external design teams. * Identify thermal bridging and apply SAP modelling for performance simulations. * Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and support CPD initiatives. * Contribute to research, knowledge:sharing, and marketing efforts.
