Day to day, you will be leading the shift, supervising, guiding and mentoring other members of the team. You will ne required to take part in all audits, these will include Clinical Audits, Health and Safety and SU involvement and you will need to participate regularly in MDT reviews. You will be required to deputise in the Clinical Lead's absence and take part in an 'On-Call' system (providing out of hours phone advice for the service).
