Deep Ruby and Rails and Postgres knowledge: Projects showcasing API integrations, scalable services, data optimization, and security best practices. Experience to build reliable, maintainable, and scalable back-end systems. Comfortable in a fast-paced, complex environment; able to debug, optimize, and automate workflows while handling large data flows. Autonomy& Self-Development– Thrives in a small, high-performing team, takes ownership, and learns new technologies independently. Bonus. Experience with email infrastructure.
