About the Role: * Strategic leadership of Key Stage 2, including mentoring colleagues, overseeing curriculum delivery, and tracking progress. * Deliver high:quality, engaging teaching in Year 6 or another KS2 class as needed. * Play a lead role in preparing children for end:of:key:stage assessments, ensuring progress and achievement across the phase. * Work closely with SLT to support whole:school initiatives, assessment and CPD planning. * Opportunity to take on whole:school responsibilities and contribute to the development of teaching and learning. * This role has a clear progression route to Assistant Headteacher, with the timeline and development plan tailored to your experience.
