Estimator Permanent Location– Nottingham Salary - £20,000 - £27,000 Per Annum Negotiable depending on experience A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who are a family company based in Nottingham, that has successfully established itself on a global level in the fields of shop fittings and storage equipment. They develop and manufacture high-quality shelving systems and offer a range of services extending from development activities, right through to the final inspection of shelving at our customers' premises. The factories used by this reputable client boast state-of-the-art production facilities. My client is a leading supplier of shelving and shopfitting systems with clients predominately in the UK but also in mainland Europe. They supply both the trade sector and also the end user retail groups&are leaders in metal manufacturing of retail and warehouse modular systems. Due to rapid expansion, they are now looking for an Estimator project manager to join the team. You will be responsible for accurately generating bills-of-material from client drawings/requests and providing quotes back to clients or the sales team to allow them to quote the clients. Responsibility&Duties * Preparing detailed cost and component breakdowns from drawings or text descriptions * Conversing with clients to understand their needs and expectations in order to obtain the brief and create quotations * Work closely with the construction teams to ensure that projects are executed to plan * Prepare health and safety documents (RAMS) for projects where we are carrying out site services * Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with company standards&safety regulations Experience&Qualification * Product, industrial design, construction, or engineering background qualification ideal * AutoCAD experience desirable * Estimating experience essential * Experience working with shelving units, racking solutions, shopfitting ideal * Full driving license&own transport * Experience within the shopfitting or POS industry. * Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment Should this be of interest to you please get in contact and send your most up to date CV to the email address below or send me a message on Linkdin to discuss in more detail pritesh @ t-talent. co. uk (phone number removed) Linkedin-
