This role is for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) in the Not for Profit sector, primarily focusing on building relationships within the team and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. Client Details A Not for Profit organisation based in Nottingham with 250 plus employees. Description Establish and nurture relationships within the organisation to understand and address team needs. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Act as a consultant to management on HR related issues. Conduct regular meetings with respective departments. Assess and anticipate HR-related needs. Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and build morale.Profile A successful Senior HRBP should have: Strong in ER and employee life cycle. Proven experience in Human Resources. Knowledge of HR systems and databases. Strong decision-making skills. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.Job Offer Mainly home based with occasional travel to the office in Nottingham and other sites in the East Midlands.
