Duties We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Stock Controller to join our Coventry team. Reporting to the Operations Administration Manager, the successful candidate will control all elements of the site's stock. Key Responsibilities stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Control of all Stock issues : Ensure the correct completion of documentation and digital records Key Tasks stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Management of the quarantine area stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Identify and escalate where FIFO rules are not followed stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : On time completion of all mandatory training requirements stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Daily management of all assigned control reports stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Ensure all inventories and warehouse management systems are maintained accurately stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Report all accidents, incidents or near misses to relevant personnel stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Perform stock counts, adjustments and stock reconciliation as appropriate stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : to conduct, consolidate and reconcile any perpetual inventory issues as appropriate stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Provide support for stock take stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : To ensure all hard copy and digital documentation is complete and accurate in line with agreed processes. stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : To report accidents, incidents and near misses to the relevant staff stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Co:operate on all matters concerned with Health, Safety, Training, Legislation, Environment and the companys Core Values. stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : To process failed deliveries/ load changes back into stock stylemargin:bottom:0.0cm;margin:top:0.0px: : Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of all stock anomalies We Are Looking For The successful candidate will have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work without supervision when required. Knowledge of the SAP ERP System would be advantageous. The successful candidate will have an ambition to develop and progress within the company . .
