We are looking for an all round Multi Trader to carry out all aspects of housing maintenance (not M and E), services to our clients at a high quality standard. Responsibilities: Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties. Responding promptly to maintenance requests from our client. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high:quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.
