The official title for this position is Mgr, IT : Service Delivery. *** Job Summary The OT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for overseeing the IT : OT Infrastructure hosting environment within a heavily regulated NERC CIP (North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection) framework. This includes the design, build, and ongoing support of Windows and Red Hat Linux servers, Windows workstations, VMware and Nutanix virtualization platforms, NetApp and Isilon storage, and Commvault backup/recovery software platform, as well as disaster recovery strategies. The position ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of hosting services, supporting business:critical operational technology applications and services for a large:scale utility enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in managing highly regulated enterprise environments, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, directly contributing to operational efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities Hosting Infrastructure Management typedisc: : Lead the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, and Red Hat Linux environments and underlying hardware platforms (Dell/UCS servers, Lenovo workstations). : Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of storage and backup/recovery platforms (NetApp, Isilon, Commvault). : Develop and implement strategies and delivery plans for Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. : Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for critical infrastructure, achieving a target of 99.9 system uptime. : Develop and maintain technology and project roadmaps to build new capabilities and standardize the OT hosting technology portfolio over time. : Manage operational budgets, vendor contracts, and project portfolio for the OT Infrastructure team. : Drive automation initiatives using industry:leading automation and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, BigFix). : Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in operational technology, security, server management, and enterprise hosting. : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, with a focus on NERC CIP.
