This role involves designing a range of electromechanical products while providing technical support to both the NPI and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of Swansea, Port Talbot, Bridgend, or Cardiff. Roles and Responsibilities: * Design sheet metal enclosures, brackets, and mounting solutions for harnesses and control panels using CAD (SolidWorks, Inventor) * Develop and modify low:pressure injection mould tool designs, coordinating with tooling suppliers to ensure overmould compatibility. * Generate and maintain engineering drawings and BoMs for internal and external stakeholders. * Work with NPI, sales, and production teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to manufacture. * Specify tooling requirements for low:pressure moulding, including DFM, cost analysis, and approvals.
