THE ROLE: - Handle a diverse caseload of real estate finance matters including bridging loans, development finance, and refinancing work. - Advise on acquisitions, disposals, commercial leasing, and property aspects of business sales, purchases, and reorganisations. - Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service on cross:functional matters. - Play an active role in business development, including client networking and sector events. SKILLS REQUIRED: - Applications sought from solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Real Estate, with demonstrable experience in real estate finance and secured lending. - Strong drafting and negotiation skills, with a meticulous approach to due diligence. - A confident communicator who builds rapport easily with clients and colleagues. - Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast:paced environment and is keen to grow professionally.
