Recruitment Specialist - Based in Knutsford This is an office-based role working 3 days per week Monday to Wednesday. Obscurant has over 30 years of recruitment expertise and are now seeking a Recruitment Specialist/Consultant with experience of recruiting for permanent for positions on a national basis. Working with a friendly team, fantastic location, servicing existing, new, and long standing PSL clients across the UK. Candidate&Role * Highly resilient, motivated, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills * Collaborate with the director and team to source quality candidates across the UK * Utilize various job boards (Total Jobs, CV Library, Reed, LinkedIn) and networking to identify candidates * Demonstrated candidate management and closing skills * Ability to build lasting relationships with candidates and clients * Must possess excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Word and Excel Duties * Provide a professional and tailored approach to address recruitment and retention challenges. * Autonomously manage your desk, placing candidates in permanent positions within professional service businesses nationwide, ranging from junior to senior level appointments.
