Many of our Managers began their journey in entry:level roles just like this one Job Duties :Attend to customer needs within and around the arcade, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. :Always keep arcade machines and the redemption area fully stocked and operational. :Maintain a clean and tidy environment in all arcade areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. :Actively promote the arcade facilities to guests and stay updated on all changes and new offerings in this area. Requirements :Demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience. :Be proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and any issues within the arcade. :Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. :Exhibit a professional, outgoing, and approachable personality. :Be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the role.
