We offer acute mental health support, as well as psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) support for adult male patients Priory wouldn’t exist without combined energy, expertise and effort. As part of our team alongside our qualified staff, you’ll help to meet the psychological and emotional needs of a diverse group of individuals, with varying degrees of either mental health or physical issues. Our teams provide care and support for individuals with different conditions at Priory sites all across the UK.  It would be ideal if you have previous experience gained in a similar role. However whilst this is valuable, we are looking for individuals who display the right values and behaviours in order to make a difference to people’s lives. Manage some behaviours that challenge Observe, monitor and record physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff Provide emotional support to individuals and their families Support and monitor healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks Understand communication needs and adapt your communication to each individual Work with other professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure consistency of support Analyse an individual’s needs and draw up a focused support plan  To be considered for this role, we require you to have the right to work in the UK.
