As part of our team, you’ll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.  You will have gained experience in a similar setting, supervising and leading others. Our home offers residential support for six adult male residents, and they are cared for by a male-only team. This includes men with autism or a learning disability. We are in a semi-rural location, surrounded by beautiful countryside.
