Benefits: * Competitive salary package : GBP40,000 : GBP42,000 per annum * Monday to Friday, 40 hours * 33 days annual holidays including bank holidays * Generous pension scheme * Training and development opportunities Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, including air conditioning, ventilation, and heating. * Diagnosing and repairing faults, particularly on HVAC plant and VRV systems. * Ensuring full compliance with F:Gas regulations and safe handling of refrigerants. * Conducting routine inspections, addressing potential issues proactively, and keeping detailed records. * Updating the CAFM maintenance system and maintaining all required documentation. * Collaborating with supervisors and clients to deliver efficient, high:quality service and quickly resolve any site:related concerns. Requirements: * Relevant qualifications in electrical, mechanical, or HVAC disciplines (e.g., 18th Edition, City and Guilds, NVQ Level 3). * Proven multi:skilled maintenance experience (including HVAC and plumbing knowledge). * Strong fault:finding and repair skills. * Full UK driving licence.
