As a Specialist Mentor, you will provide 1:on:1 support, helping students develop organizational skills, manage stress, and build confidence as independent learners. You will work with students throughout the academic year, both in:person and online, tailoring your approach to each individuals needs. This Specialist Mentor role requires adherence to the DfEs qualification framework for DSA:funded students. The Specialist Mentor will maintain confidentiality and report to Randstad. Where are you going to work? You will work with university students in Southampton, providing both in:person and online support.
