Our client, a leading food business is urgently looking for a Stock Controller to receive all goods in an accurate and timely manner while adhering to site processes and procedures. Key responsibilities: * Check goods in against delivery notes for accuracy and possible damages. * Upload all flight advice and preparing paperwork for expected deliveries. * Create and monitor expected flight times. * Notify relevant department of any damaged goods received and place in the quarantine section, awaiting further instruction. * Notify suppliers of any discrepancies on deliveries * Responsible for all equipment used in the goods-in area. Candidate requirements: * A relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous. * At least 6 to 12 months Stock Control, Inventory Management or Good Receiving experience in a Food or FMCG environment. * Good ERP systems experience (knowledge of Prophet ERP system will be advantageous). * Attention to detail.
