We pay on a weekly basis. The pay is minimum GBP12.93 per hour, Timings are 08:30am : 15:00pm (Mon : Fri), And an Basic DBS Check is required Start date is asap : temp Roles and Responsibilities: The mains duties of the role are: 1 The supervision and control of the Catering Service in compliance with Equans Food Safety Management System. 2 The preparation and delivery of food and beverages in accordance with the customer contractual requirements. 3 Supervisory Management of the Catering Operatives. 4 Undertake any other duties appropriate to the grade as determined and agreed with the Facilitys Manager. 5 40 Hours per week working Mondays to Fridays (negotiable) Qualifications or Required Experience: 1 Must be knowledgeable in the theory of cooking, demonstrating good practical cooking techniques and the ability in this knowledgeMust have previous experience of working in a similar catering establishment and supervising a 2 catering team * Must have an understanding of Health and Safety and Food Safety Management Systems. * Ideally hold or working towards Food Safety Level 3 Certificate * Ideally hold or working towards HACCP Level 3 Certificate * Ideally hold IOSH Supervising Safety but not mandatory. * Ideally hold a current First Aid qualification but not mandatory If youre interested please Apply 504 or directly apply.
