Mobile Caretaker Stoke:on:Trent GBP 25,400 : GBP 26,737 per year 40 hours per week : Monday to Friday : 7:30am to 4:00pm We have an opportunity for a Mobile Caretaker to join our Estate Services team, based in Stoke:on:Trent covering 25 Schemes in the Stoke and Staffordshire area. As a Mobile Caretaker you will be responsible for maintaining communal areas of our sheltered, supported living and general needs properties. The role of Mobile Caretaker will involve working in a team of two with some lone working and youwill have a company van for business use only. The role of Mobile Caretaker will include: : General cleaning and small maintenance jobs : Fencing, jet washing and gutter cleaning : Working with customers to identify and report faults, resolving issues and improving services : Completing all documents and paperwork concerning tasks completed : Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition Skills and experiences: : Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks : Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads : Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation : Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery : Good communication and customer care skills : Basic computer skills : This role will involve driving on company business.
