Supervising Social worker : Outstanding Ofsted : Up to GBP42,000 : Hybrid NonStop Care are working with an Outstanding Ofsted independent fostering agency, who are looking for an experienced supervising social worker to join their close knit service This position offers flexible working, meaning you will manage your own caseload and dairy, allowing you to maximise your time spent at home and create a fantastic work life balance Supervising social workers on this team hold a very manageable caseload, allowing you to spend more time with service users and ensuring they you have the best possible impact on their lives, ultimately increasing your overall work satisfaction.
