Position:Gateperson/Traffic Marshall Location: Telford Rate: GBP14.74 p/h PAYE Start Date: ASAP Randstadcpe are looking for an experienced Gateperson/Traffic Marshall (must hold a current CSCS card and Traffic Marshall ticket) to work in Telford. Responsibilities: * Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorised personnel and vehicles enter. * Check identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises. * Maintain accurate records of all visitors, deliveries, and vehicles entering or leaving the site. * Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas and coordinate traffic flow within the premises. * Assist in maintaining a safe working environment by enforcing site rules and regulations. * Report any suspicious or unauthorised activities to the appropriate authorities. * Communicate effectively with site staff, contractors, and visitors. * Perform other related duties as assigned by the site manager. Requirements: * Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse individuals on:site. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations. * Basic computer skills for record:keeping purposes. * Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
