What You Will Do: : Complete assembly, integration, and testing tasks for vehicles following manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings. : Ensure vehicle systems, sub:systems, and Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) integrity through basic tests and fault finding. : Read and interpret technical drawings to understand specifications and materials required for tasks. : Complete technical reports and assist the Quality department as needed. : Maintain compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental Policy, and keep the working area efficient and safe. : Support the Logistics team in the movement, delivery, and inspection of parts and consumables as required. The role will be working a rotational shift pattern consisting of 6am/2pm Monday to Friday then 2pm: 12 midnight Monday to Thursday. Friday off. Basic salary of A GBP 38,056 plus 20 shift allowance(A GBP 45667) with an excellent benefit package on offer. What You Will Bring: : Level 2 qualification in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent experience. : Significant assembly experience within a mechanical engineering or production environment. : Proficiency in reading and understanding technical specifications and drawings. : A strong understanding of quality control within the production line. : UK MOD SC security clearance or eligibility to obtain sponsorship. : Excellent communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a strong work ethic.
