Location: Liskeard, Cornwall Salary: A GBP 50,000 : A GBP 55,000 per annum FTE (DOE) Hours: Full:time (40 hours) and part:time considered Contract Type: Permanent The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACP to help transform and modernise care pathways within a multi:disciplinary practice team. Youll use your advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and treat patients autonomously, while playing a vital leadership role in clinical governance and team development. This role is ideal for a practitioner passionate about delivering outstanding primary care and working collaboratively within a progressive, community:centred service.
