What You Will Do: * Coordinate and execute key operational processes to help the Factory Office team achieve performance and efficiency targets. * Collaborate with functional teams to gather and validate requirements, including obtaining supplier quotations and initiating procurement requests via SAP. * Partner with Finance to facilitate expenditure approvals, ensuring compliance with internal controls and budgetary guidelines. * Provide process guidance and support to team members, particularly in navigating recruitment and expenditure workflows. * Deliver regular reporting, including weekly and monthly updates, to track progress against operational and financial goals. * Maintain the accuracy of budget plans by clearly distinguishing between committed and uncommitted expenditures. What You Will Bring: * Proven experience in business process analysis or a financial operations environment. * Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of commitment tracking, expenditure management, cash flow and accruals. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables and reporting. * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with business systems and tools such as SAP and RADS, alongside experience working within an automotive engineering or manufacturing environment would be desirable.
