Our client, a well established maintenance contractor, is looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join their team in West London on a permanent basis Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP45,000, great benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive company. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the Repairs work stream and maintenance across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard. * Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance. * Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service. * Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements. * Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost:effective solutions.
