Key Responsibilities: * Planned and delivered learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, including whole:class cover. * Supported pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with autism, ADHD, and complex communication needs. * Led small group interventions in literacy and numeracy, as well as 1:1 support for targeted learners. * Assisted in the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioural support strategies. * Worked collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals to adapt curriculum materials and create inclusive learning environments. * Provided pastoral support, promoting positive behaviour and emotional well:being. * Monitored pupil progress and maintained accurate records to support assessment and reporting. * Supervised pupils during breaks, outings, and extra:curricular activities.
