With there expansion in the creative team they're keen to bring on a Digital Learning Desiger to contribute to there successful journey in providing fantastic learning for all!  Responsibilities Develop strategies for engaging digital learning experiences Design multimedia content with subject matter experts Stay updated on educational technologies for seamless incorporation Apply sound principles for well-structured digital courses Work with cross-functional teams forcohesive digital solutions Design intuitive interfaces for optimal user engagement Efficiently manage digital learning design projects Devise innovative assessment methods for measuring understanding Ensure materials are accessible to diverse audiences Analyse data and feedback for ongoing enhancement Engage with educators, students, and stakeholders for insights Requirements Bachelor's degree in instructional design, digital learning, or related field Proven experience in designing digital learning content Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and e-learning tools Familiarity with emerging digital learning technologies Strong project management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in digital learning
