Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join the Acute Physio Team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital. The role involves working within an acute inpatient setting, supporting patients with a variety of conditions to regain mobility and independence. Key Responsibilities: * Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for patients with acute conditions * Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide high:quality physiotherapy services * Support early discharge planning and rehabilitation strategies * Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and ongoing care * Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development Requirements: * HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist * Previous NHS experience in an acute inpatient setting * Strong clinical reasoning and patient management skills * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team * Excellent communication and documentation skills How : Apply to the job advert by emailing your updated CV and the job reference number BS/10052/PT1.
