Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are looking for an experienced QA Quality Coordinator for a company based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire. The Role Reporting to the Assi stant Head of Technical you will support the shift in complying with company and Customer Technical Standards whilst delivering right first time all the time product. Coach and guide the shift in making the right decisions and solutions in regards to food safety, quality and integrity, promoting a site wide positive food safety culture. Responsibilities To be the first point of contact for the shift regards food safety, quality and integrity standards, coaching the Shift Teams to make the right decisions and solutions. To proactively manage food safety and quality testing and auditing regimes to ensure site compliance. Ensure that documentation and records are up to date, accurate and understood. Skills and Experience * A basic understanding of customer codes of practice e.g. allergens, labelling and coding and foreign body detection * Experience in use of root cause analysis methods and tools * Ability to: communicate across all levels * influence those around them * manage across all levels * work under own initiative Skills * 2+ Years QA experience within Food Manufacturing, ideally with both private label and branded product experience * Proficient in GMP and Quality Standards * Level 3 HACCP * Level 3 Food Safety * Auditor qualification * Recognised allergen qualification * Recognised microbiology qualification If you would like for the role of QA Quality Coordinator then please to or call Deb on Closing date is 7.8.2025 Please note this could change subject to suitable applications.
