About the Role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management and previous experience working on school or educational projects. You will be responsible for overseeing day:to:day site operations, ensuring health and safety compliance, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and subcontractors. Job Title: Site Supervisor Location: Wirral Salary: GBP15.00 : GBP16.00 per hour (dependent on experience) Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction or building projects. * Previous experience working on school or educational facilities projects is essential. * Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * Ability to lead and motivate site teams. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all site activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. * Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and school representatives to ensure smooth project progression. * Enforce strict health and safety regulations on:site, maintaining a safe working environment. * Monitor progress and report regularly to project managers and clients. * Ensure site documentation is accurate and up to date.
