The successful Procurement Manager will initially manage all fruit, vegetables and bakery categories and be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the best quality products at the most competitive prices. You will play a key role in cost control, supply chain efficiency, and sustainability initiatives while ensuring the business receive the best possible products. The Ideal Procurement Manager Candidate: * Have a proven procurement experience, managing food categories. * Should have strong multi category experience with eagerness to take on more responsibilities. * CIPS qualified or ambitions is desirable. * Experienced in developing category strategy and strategic sourcing. * Have a hands:on approach with strong negotiation and admin skills. * Good communication and organisation skills.
